The IT Services Division is positioned to provide technology solutions consulting, design, implementation and maintenance for Small/Medium sized business and Healthcare Providers.

Our staff includes individuals with extensive Windows Server implementation and maintenance experience, HIPAA-Security and Confidentiality auditing experience, and advanced LAN/WAN, and Wireless LAN design experience.

At VBM, we strive to build long-term technology partnerships with our customer base; and therefore provide solutions that range from installation of initial systems to ongoing systems support. The majority of our small-medium business solutions are based on Microsoft Server and Small Business Server solutions. Our specialty in this area is designing server-based systems that match the needs of each organization and providing hardware/software solutions that meet the current and future needs of the organization.

We will work with any hardware but provide the convenience of one-stop shopping by providing high-performance computing equipment from Acer America and Toshiba, and networking equipment from Netgear and Cisco.

Once businesses decide to use VBM as an IT partner, we offer incentive to work long-term with us by offering discounts on pre-paid service hours. IT Service Packs can be purchased in 20-40 hour increments, and offer reduced hourly rates and reduced minimums for service calls under 60 minutes (including low minimums for remotely-assisted trouble calls.)

Service Pack hours can be used for any IT-related task including Proactive Maintenance, consulting, implementation and repair services.

Example: When a key employee's PC is down, a data backup alone will not get that employee's PC working again for some hours using the traditional method of Diagnose, Repair, Reinstall, Restore.
