I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how much I/We at Pippel Insurance appreciate the help you’ve been to our agency. As agency owner, I have been in charge of our changing automation needs over the years and feel that even though I am no automation ‘expert’ I do know enough to recognize a good one when I meet one.
Over the fourteen years that Sandy and I have owned the agency, we have worked with other ‘network experts’ and none have come close to providing the type of service or knowledge that you have brought us. Hourly rates mean nothing without knowledge!
‘Integrity’ and ‘Honesty’ is actually what I value most in our relationship. In today’s world of computers and networks, it is easy for automation ‘experts’ to lead those of us with less knowledge, down the path of deception and overcharge us for our ignorance.
When we decided to upgrade our server and several workstations, you brought forward many cost effective ideas that helped us get the biggest ‘bang for our buck’ and keep the cost as reasonable as possible while still achieving my goals for our system.
